WHAT I DO

My research focuses on developing algorithms for machine learning that would detect and recognize what is happening in an image or video. Mainly focused on the relevant problems of Unsupervised Learning, Curriculum Learning, Transfer Learning and Domain Adaptation. I am also passionate about applying machine learning methods in Visual Scene Understanding (VSU), in order to study how the brain understand Visual Scenes. Previously, I did some research in Computer Vision, with the goal of Detecting, Segmenting and Pose Estimating of objects in Images or videos.
